隱私權政策

1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於「Crush Atlas｜心動圖鑑」（以下簡稱本 App），由 BLACKNIU Studio 提供。
本 App 是戀愛關係通識與情境判讀工具，內容僅供一般參考，不代表任何人的真實心意，也不取代心理、醫療、法律或其他專業服務。
2. 資料收集與傳送
目前版本不要求註冊或登入、不建立使用者帳號，也不會將 App 內使用資料傳送給 BLACKNIU Studio 或第三方。
- 不收集姓名、電子郵件、聯絡資料、精確位置或裝置識別碼。
- 不收集或傳送搜尋文字、閱讀紀錄或瀏覽行為。
- 不使用廣告、跨 App 追蹤、使用分析或第三方錯誤回報 SDK。
3. 裝置內處理
使用者輸入的搜尋文字只會在使用期間於裝置內處理，用來比對隨 App 提供的唯讀知識內容；搜尋文字不會傳送給我們，也不會由本 App 建立持久紀錄。關閉後再次開啟本 App，搜尋欄會回到初始狀態。
4. 系統權限與外部網站
目前版本不要求相機、麥克風、照片、聯絡人、定位、藍牙、區域網路或追蹤權限，也不使用第三方登入或雲端資料庫。
使用者主動點選隱私政策、支援或官網連結時，系統會以外部瀏覽器開啟 GitHub Pages 網頁。GitHub 可能依其隱私權聲明處理一般網頁請求資訊；這與本 App 內的離線使用資料分開。
5. 保存與刪除
由於 BLACKNIU Studio 不會取得上述 App 內使用資料，因此沒有可由我們調閱或刪除的使用紀錄。刪除本 App 會移除其 App sandbox；裝置備份則由使用者的 Apple 系統與備份設定管理。
6. 兒童隱私
本 App 並非專為兒童設計。我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料；若內容涉及未成年人，使用者仍應遵守所在地法律、同意規範與適當界線。
7. 政策變更
若未來版本新增帳號、同步、分析、廣告、權限或其他資料處理方式，我們會在功能啟用前更新本政策及 App Store 隱私資訊，並標示新的更新日期。
Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to Crush Atlas, provided by BLACKNIU Studio. The app offers general relationship-context guidance only. It cannot reveal anyone's actual feelings or replace psychological, medical, legal, or other professional services.
2. Collection and transmission
The current version requires no registration or login, creates no user account, and does not transmit in-app usage data to BLACKNIU Studio or third parties.
- No names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, or device identifiers are collected.
- Search text, reading history, and browsing activity are not collected or transmitted.
- No advertising, cross-app tracking, usage analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDK is used.
3. On-device processing
Search text is processed only on your device during use to match the read-only knowledge included with the app. It is not sent to us or stored as a persistent record. The search field returns to its initial state when the app is relaunched.
4. Permissions and external websites
The current version requests no camera, microphone, photo, contact, location, Bluetooth, local-network, or tracking permission, and uses no third-party sign-in or cloud database.
If you choose a privacy, support, or website link, iOS opens a GitHub Pages site in an external browser. GitHub may process ordinary web-request information under its Privacy Statement. This is separate from your offline in-app usage.
5. Retention and deletion
Because BLACKNIU Studio does not receive the in-app usage data described above, we have no such usage record to access or delete. Deleting the app removes its app sandbox. Device backups are governed by your Apple system and backup settings.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Users must still follow applicable laws, consent requirements, and appropriate boundaries when minors are involved.
7. Changes
If a future version adds accounts, syncing, analytics, advertising, permissions, or another data practice, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that feature is enabled, and show a new update date.
